Commercial Property

This course is designed to fulfill the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s state requirements for a 3 credit continuing education class for Commercial Property. All three forms, basic, broad and special are discussed along with the Coverage forms. Additional coverages, extensions of coverage and various endorsements are also addressed. The earthquake form is included in the text material as well. Exclusions are examined in detail.
